On the second Wednesday of each month the HOA board holds a public
meeting at 7pm - each meeting will start with an open forum for homeowners to
raise issues and questions with the board. This month’s meeting (October 11,

Teresa, at the home of board member,
Andrea Williams. All homeowners
are welcome! Please come and participate, we need your
valuable comments and questions.
September’s meeting was a
great success; we had 43 homeowners and 6 deputies show up for the Neighborhood
watch meeting. We all learned a lot about the neighborhood, how to protect our
community and what the Sheriff’s deputies can do for us and what they need from
us. Several individuals volunteered to
serve as Neighborhood Watch commanders. Everyone gave great input and we implemented
our first

Pet Dropping
Clean Up…. Please!
Out of common decency and respect for your neighbors, (not to
mention the fact it is in the CC&Rs and the San Marcos City Municipal Code)
please pick up after your pets! Droppings have been found in yards, on
sidewalks, as well as common areas and streets. An old newspaper bag or
trash sack works easily for pick up and disposing of the droppings. Please
take a bag along with you when you walk your pet.
