We will
strive to keep you up to date on all events and concerns in our Protective
Association.
On the second Wednesday of each month the HOA board holds a public
meeting at 7pm - each meeting will start with an open forum for homeowners to
raise issues and questions with the board. This month’s meeting (November 16,
2006) will be held at 1236 Via
Teresa, at the home of board member,
Andrea Williams. (760)781-1265 All homeowners
are welcome! Please come and participate, we need
your valuable comments and questions.
$ 500.00 Reward!
The
GPHPA is still offering a Reward to anyone who can supply information that
leads to a conviction of anyone committing vandalism in the common areas
(Parks, Walkways), etc is ongoing. THIS COSTS YOU. Any information will
be treated, as confidentially as possible. Remember that you
own an equal part of all the common areas and this affects your
property
value. Vandalism costs all of us.
We
all love to take our dogs to the park but please respect others rights to use
the park unmolested by animals! Keep
your dogs on a leash at all times. Clean up after your animal. If you dog
bites, or is aggressive, keep it home or muzzled. We have had multiple
complaints of families not using our park due to pet owners abusing the
privilege. Please be considerate and
make this a fun place for all.

Fines to be assessed after first
of year!
The
board voted to allow homeowners till January to make their homes compliant with
the CC&R’s thus allowing for the holidays. Come January we will assessing finds for
infractions as described in our Bylaws.
Off
The
board voted to create an off leash dog park down at the lower end of our park.
We believe that this would improve safety in the park and create a place
everyone can enjoy. We are applying for
a grant, which we may or may not get. So, Dog lovers we need a Park Angle or
two as well as, a few volunteers to get this done.
