Recent Events
- January 14, 2009 - Monthly Board Meeting - Meeting was held, minutes are not yet available.
- November 12, 2008 - Monthly Board Meeting - Board selected a professional property management company
to take over accounting and billing
related activies for the association. The board also revised the assessment for 2009, deciding
to implement a $4 per month increase, raising the assessment to $73.44 per quarter.
The 2009 budget has been updated.
- October 8, 2008 - Monthly Board Meeting - Board approved 2009 budget.
Board approved dues for 2009 at $64.25 per quarter.
Starting in 2009 Payments will be due 60 days after quarter starts instead of 90 days.
Board approved placing liens on properties that owe more than $500.00 outstanding dues (8 properties currently).
Board meetings: are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, except December.

agency that supports our area. They track complaints.
They will send a letter and can impose fines for violations. But you have to call them!!!
Please let your board members know also, we have been working to
resolve these problems.
