- Tues, June 10, 2010, 7pm - General Session Meeting
Meeting will be held at the home of Monsie Kirk, 331 Rueda Margarita. Deputy Jeff Fox will be at our next homeowner assoc meeting. Deputy Fox will make a short presentation and then take questions.
Recent Events
- 3/10/10 Board Meeting
Elections were completed and 5 new board members were selected: Arthur Ponce, Jay Franklin, Christopher Compton, Monsie Kirk, Don Simpson. IRS Ruling 70-604 measure has passed as well. Any potential excess earnings are to be set-aside for Reserves.
- 2/10/10 Special Election Meeting
Meeting was held at 331 Rueda Margarita at the Kirk's house.
Purpose of the meeting was to elect 5 members to the board. Quorum (81 out of 159) was not reached and so by law the board election could not take place. Ballots received will be held until the next meeting where quorum will be cut to 40. Enough ballots have been received that we are guaranteed to have quorum for the next meeting.

Board meetings: will be held quarterly. The management company will run the meetings now and
take minutes.

Escondido Humane Society is the
agency that supports our area. They track complaints.
They will send a letter and can impose fines for violations. But you have to call them!!!
Please let your board members know also, we have been working to
resolve these problems.
