 Meeting will be held at 331 Rueda Margarita at the Kirk's house.
Purpose of the meeting is to elect and seat the new board. Given the ballots received (>40) from the previous meeting we are guaranteed to have quorum for this meeting where quorum is reduced to 40 owners. Call 760-438-6962 for more information.
Recent Events
- 2/10/10 Special Election Meeting
Meeting was held at 331 Rueda Margarita at the Kirk's house.
Purpose of the meeting was to elect 5 members to the board. Quorum (81 out of 159) was not reached and so by law the board election could not take place. Ballots received will be held until the next meeting where quorum will be cut to 40. Enough ballots have been received that we are guaranteed to have quorum for the next meeting.

- 7/13/09 - Monthly Board Meeting - Meeting was held, minutes are online.
Board meetings: will be held quarterly. The management company will run the meetings now and
take minutes.

Escondido Humane Society is the
agency that supports our area. They track complaints.
They will send a letter and can impose fines for violations. But you have to call them!!!
Please let your board members know also, we have been working to
resolve these problems.
